Project delivery scope.
Precast, Erection, Earth filling to MSE Walls including construction of Concrete Parapet units, Counter Balance Slab and Vehicular Barriers: MSE Wall Precast and Construction: 30,000 m² Earthworks: 400,000 m³ Counter Balance Slab: 5,870 m Parapet Precast and Installation: 16,000 m Vehicular Barrier: 15,424 m Precast concrete elements fabrication Structural backfilling and compaction This major infrastructure project involved the design and construction of Al-Bustan Street North, including extensive MSE wall construction and precast element installation. Our team successfully completed 30,000 square meters of MSE walls along with significant earthworks and installation of safety barriers and parapets. The project required precise engineering and coordination to meet the demanding specifications of this important urban artery.
